Terms and Conditions

Customer satisfaction is our goal, so we will gladly provide you with our services to return, exchange or reschedule the order within the following terms and conditions:

  • The customer has the right to recover the full amount up to 48 hours before the order is delivered, and the amount will be refunded to the same bank account from which the purchase was made within a working period of between 5 and 14 days.
  • The customer has the right to exchange the order a maximum of 24 hours before the delivery date, and the replacement will be with a product of the same value or higher, paying the price difference.
  • In the event of natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control, we apologize for not returning the amount. The customer is entitled to obtain a code for the value of his order bill that he can use within 12 months from the date of its issuance.
  • We apologize for returning or exchanging the product after receipt or the order being unable to be received by the recipient or customer after notifying them.
  • The customer has the right to reschedule an order a maximum of 48 hours before the order is delivered, and he has the right to choose a new appointment according to what is available on the site.
  • If a delivery time is not available on the new pickup date, the customer can choose an express delivery service for an additional fee of 50 Saudi riyals, depending on what is available on the site.
  • In the event that the order is not received from the recipient on the specified date due to the recipient’s refusal or lack of response with the delivery team, the customer has the right to choose to have the order delivered on the same day of delivery within a maximum period of two hours from the time he was notified of not receiving the order. He has the right to request delivery to another location for an additional fee estimated at 50 Saudi riyals.
  • If delivery is not possible due to the recipient or customer not responding after notifying them, we apologize for compensation, refund, replacement, or rescheduling the delivery of the order.
  • If the customer receives an order other than the one he purchased, he has the right to receive a full refund without compensation or rescheduling the order.
  • If the customer receives the product, the customer’s approval of it is considered complete, and then the amount will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Products containing natural flowers may be damaged after receipt due to the customer placing them in poor conditions that are not suitable for the products. Therefore, we disclaim any responsibility for poor maintenance of the products.
  • We receive complaints within a maximum of 24 hours of product delivery. Otherwise, we do not have any responsibility for the product or compensation.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice or obligations on the site.
  • The site has the right to stop or change promotions or marketing discount coupons at any time. The customer has no right to claim it after stopping it.
  • The customer may have to pay an additional price difference if the order is rescheduled from a season of discounts or offers to another season in which there are no offers.
